How to Choose a Medical Tourism Provider (Checklist)

A practical checklist for vetting any medical-tourism provider — accreditation, transparency, aftercare and the red flags to avoid.

June 5, 2026 · 3 min read

Not all medical-tourism providers are equal, and the wrong choice is costly. Use this checklist to vet any provider — including us — before you pay a deposit.

The green flags

Named, credentialed surgeons (not "a partner network"); accredited, licensed facilities; one transparent all-in price; a clinical review before any payment; documented consent in your language; and real aftercare with remote follow-up. Ask to see each in writing.

The red flags

Vague pricing, pressure to pay fast, no named surgeon, no aftercare plan, and reviews you can’t verify. A trustworthy provider will happily slow down and answer every question — and tell you honestly if you’re not a candidate.
