Recovery & care
Hurghada
A quieter stretch of the Red Sea, built for patients who want space and slower days. Hurghada pairs longer-stay apartments and recovery-friendly resorts with calm, shallow beaches and the same warm, dry coastal air that aids healing. It is the natural choice when your recovery runs past two weeks, or when you simply want fewer crowds than Sharm after surgery in Cairo.

Things to do
Hurghada is built for restful days. Outings stay gentle and optional, paced around how you feel.
- Day 3+ — Flat marina strolls at dusk and long, shaded beach rest. Nothing strenuous, everything close.
- Day 7+ — A calm glass-bottom boat hour to see the reef without getting in the water, once your surgeon agrees.
- Day 10+ — A short desert sunset drive or an easy island day trip, if you are well — your coordinator arranges the transfer.
