Dr. Tareq Saad is our secondary hair surgeon for cases scheduled around him. Both are registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate, and you are told in writing, before you book, which surgeon is operating on your dates — not a rotating "team" you meet for the first time on the day.
FUE vs DHI: how the two techniques differ
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction)
Individual follicles are extracted from the donor area with a fine punch tool, then placed by hand into recipient sites your surgeon has mapped. There is no linear scar — donor-area marks are tiny dot scars that hide under short hair within weeks. FUE suits most graft counts and is the more widely used technique worldwide.
DHI (Direct Hair Implantation)
DHI uses a pen-shaped implanter to extract and place each follicle in one motion, without pre-cutting recipient channels. It allows a denser, more angle-precise placement, which is why surgeons often prefer it for the hairline itself, sometimes combining it with FUE for the crown and mid-scalp.

- Days 4–5: first dressing change, wash training, rest in Cairo.
- Days 6–10: transfer to the Red Sea for your recovery week — swelling settles, scabbing softens, and you leave with an aftercare kit and a follow-up schedule.
What "all-in" should actually include
