A natural, permanent hairline restored in a single session of FUE or DHI, performed by a named, internationally trained surgeon at an accredited Cairo clinic. Individual follicles are harvested and placed one by one — no linear scar, minimal downtime, and a result designed around your face.

How your journey runs

  • Day 1 — Arrival. Met at Cairo International, driven to your hotel, welcome pack handed over. Your coordinator confirms the next-morning slot and walks you through the plan in Arabic or English.
  • Day 2 — Procedure. A full day at the clinic under local anaesthesia: graft count agreed, hairline drawn with you, then extraction and implantation. You return to the hotel the same evening.
  • Day 3 — Recovery. A rest day with a nurse check and guidance on sleeping position and your first gentle care steps.
  • Day 4 — First wash. A professional first wash at the clinic, plus an optional calm day or a short trip toward the Red Sea.
  • Day 5 — Departure. Final check, your aftercare kit, and the transfer back to the airport.

  • Medications, aftercare kit and the professional first wash
  • Remote follow-up for twelve months

Am I a candidate?

Most people with stable donor hair are. Share a few photos of your hairline and crown on WhatsApp and our surgeon confirms your candidacy and a realistic graft count before you book. If a transplant isn’t the right step yet — for example with very early or unstable loss — we will tell you plainly and suggest a medical plan first, with no deposit taken.

Aftercare

Transplanted hair sheds at two to four weeks, regrows from month three to four, and reaches full density by twelve months — and your coordinator checks in remotely the whole way.

Frequently asked questions

Why does an FUE transplant cost less in Egypt? +

The saving comes from lower clinical overheads and a favourable exchange rate — not cheaper materials or less-qualified surgeons. The same instruments, sterile protocols and named surgeons are used as in London or the Gulf.

What’s the difference between FUE and DHI? +

Both extract follicles one by one. With DHI the grafts are implanted directly with a Choi pen, giving fine control over angle and density. Your surgeon recommends the technique that suits your hair type and goal on the consult.

Is the procedure painful, and what is recovery like? +

It’s done under local anaesthesia, so you feel pressure rather than pain. Most people are back to desk work within a few days; the transplanted hair sheds early and regrows from month three.

How does follow-up work once I’m home? +

You leave with an aftercare kit and a written care plan, and your coordinator checks in remotely over the first twelve months — at the wash stage, the shedding stage and as new growth comes through.

How many grafts will I need? +

It depends on the area and your donor density. Send photos on WhatsApp and the surgeon returns a realistic graft count and an all-in price before you commit.
