Searching for surgery abroad produces two kinds of results: bare surgery prices that balloon once flights, hotel and aftercare are added, and "packages" that never specify what is inside. This guide explains what a genuine all-inclusive plastic surgery package looks like in Egypt, and what fair 2026 prices are.
What a real package must include
Six items, in writing: the surgeon's fee and the named surgeon; hospital or accredited-clinic fees including anaesthesia; nights of hotel recovery stay; all airport and clinic transfers; a translator or Arabic/English/French-speaking coordinator; and post-op follow-up — both in Egypt and remotely after you fly home. If any of the six is "available on request", it is not all-inclusive.
Indicative 2026 package prices
At our partner clinics in Cairo: rhinoplasty $2,200–$3,500 · liposuction (2–3 areas) $1,800–$3,000 · tummy tuck $2,500–$4,000 · breast surgery $2,300–$3,800 — each including the six items above. Equivalent procedures in the Gulf typically cost 2.5–4× more; in Western Europe more still. Every quote is confirmed after your photos and history are reviewed by the surgeon — a package priced before anyone has seen your case is a marketing number, not a medical one.
Red flags
Prices that undercut everyone by half, no named surgeon, pressure to pay a deposit before a consultation, and no written aftercare plan. Cosmetic surgery is real surgery; the discount is never worth it.
