Recovery is where a medical trip is won or lost, so we plan it as carefully as the surgery itself. Here is the rhythm most patients follow.
Days 1–2: rest near the clinic in Cairo, with a nurse check and a direct WhatsApp line to your coordinator. Days 3–5: for many procedures you’re cleared to travel down to the Red Sea, where the warm, oxygen-rich sea air genuinely helps healing. Week 2: gentle activity, a final check, and your written discharge file.
Throughout, you’re never on your own: transfers, medication, dressings and questions are all handled by the team. Most patients are home within two weeks — and back to normal life soon after, with remote follow-up at week one, month one and beyond.
